Focus on efficiency and quality in customer relations Description We are seeking an organized, communicative, and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to support the company’s administrative and customer service routines. This role is essential to ensure efficiency in internal processes and quality in relationships with customers, building managers, and condominium residents. **Main Responsibilities** * **Provide** customer service to condominium residents via telephone and WhatsApp**, ensuring courtesy, clarity, and promptness in responses.** * **Enter** monthly billing collections **into internal systems.** * **Issue** bank payment slips and delinquency reports **accurately.** * **Perform** registration entries and updates **in systems and control spreadsheets.** * **Prepare and send** payment slips for printing at print shops **and dispatch them via postal mail.** * **Monitor** receipt of payment slips at condominiums**, ensuring correct delivery.** * **Support** reception and meeting room organization**, including coffee preparation when necessary.** * **Manage and organize** office supplies**, maintaining a functional and well-structured administrative environment.** **Requirements** * **Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Business Management, or related fields.** * **Prior experience in administrative routines and customer service **(in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp).** * **Experience using administrative and/or billing systems.** * **Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office **(Word, Excel, Outlook).** * **Strong verbal and written communication skills, with courteous and professional demeanor.** * **Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.** **Preferred Qualifications** * **Experience in condominium management, real estate, or financial services companies.** * **Familiarity with billing systems and payment slip issuance.** **What We Offer** * Competitive remuneration package aligned with market standards.** * **Collaborative and continuously learning work environment.** **Opportunity to work for a solid company with national expansion**, offering professional growth potential.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.300,00 – R$2.343,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Commercial partnerships and discount programs * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
