Coordination of maintenance services and legal compliance We are seeking an Operational Manager responsible for overall shopping center maintenance management to ensure occupant well-being, facility conservation, and maintenance of spaces. Key responsibilities include: Owner Relationship Management: Attending to and supporting condominium owners’ requests, promoting clear, effective, and empathetic communication; Maintenance and Services: Coordinating maintenance services to ensure conservation of common areas. Legal Compliance: Ensuring the condominium complies with applicable legislation and internal regulations (general certifications). Conflict Management: Mediating conflicts to promote a harmonious environment. Requirements: Education: Building Management or related field. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Prior experience in maintenance or related fields. Knowledge of safety standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
