Job Summary: The Concierge is responsible for cleaning, organizing, maintaining, and supervising common areas of the condominium, acting as an intermediary between the building manager, residents, and staff. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of condominium equipment 2. Ensuring security and compliance with internal regulations 3. Mediation and proactive service to residents and visitors * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the condominium’s common areas. * Perform minor repairs or hire professionals to carry them out. * Maintain condominium equipment, such as pumps, elevators, water tanks, intercoms, and security cameras. * Supervise and ensure compliance with the building’s internal regulations. * Safeguard residents’ security and the condominium’s assets. * Attend to and guide residents and visitors. * The concierge serves as an intermediary among the building manager, residents, and staff. Therefore, it is essential that he/she be proactive, dedicated, ethical, discreet, kind, and courteous. * Salary: R$ 2.144,33 + R$428,86 function accumulation.
