Ensuring the preservation and organization of the condominium **JOB OPENING: CONCIERGE – Residential Condominium** **Location:** Almirante Tamandaré Region / Tanguá Neighborhood – Santa Felicidade – Curitiba/PR **Salary:** R$ 2.043,00 (base salary) **Meal Voucher:** R$ 588,00 **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 (1-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 * **Total Weekly Workload:** * 44 hours per week **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the condominium’s common areas. * Carry out minor repairs and preventive/corrective maintenance within the condominium; * Ensure the preservation and organization of both external and internal areas; * Respond courteously and promptly to requests from the condominium manager. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Concierge in residential condominiums is preferred; * **Important Differentiators:** * Experience operating and maintaining E.T.E.
