Manage and coordinate daily operations of the snack bar/cafeteria, including inventory management, food preparation, and customer service. 2. Lead, motivate, and manage the team to ensure our standards of excellence are consistently upheld. 3. Resolve any conflicts that may arise among team members or with customers, always ensuring a friendly and professional resolution. 4. Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols. 5. Collaborate closely with management to ensure operational goals are met or exceeded.
