Job Summary: The Klas Café is seeking a proactive and communicative barista who works well in a team, with care and attention to detail and quality, to prepare beverages and food, serve customers, and assist in packaging coffee. We are looking for someone proactive, with strong communication skills when interacting with customers, who works well in a team, and demonstrates care and attention to detail and quality. Prior coffee experience is not required! We teach the entire customer service and production process. Job Details: \- Full-time position, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Tuesday through Sunday, plus one additional Sunday off per month. \- Work location: Klas Café, Rua Euzébio da Motta, 960 – Juvevê neighborhood – Curitiba/PR. \- Position: Barista. \- Responsibilities: \- Preparation of food and beverages; \- Customer service and public interaction; \- Assistance in coffee packaging; \- Cleaning of the workplace. \- Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). \- Compensation: Full-time (8 hours): BRL 1\.828,00 \+ BRL 300,00 meal allowance \+ transportation voucher.
