Torra Stores is a retail chain offering a wide variety of products, including apparel, footwear, and accessories. With a focus on affordable pricing, the company aims to meet the needs of its customers across Brazil. **Responsibilities:** Provide exceptional customer service while efficiently operating the point-of-sale terminal using barcode scanners or manually entering product codes. Be responsible for the daily closing of the sales terminal, accurately counting received payments in various forms and reconciling them with sales records, identifying and investigating any discrepancies. Administer cash, credit card, or debit card payments, ensuring purchase settlements and issuing corresponding purchase receipts to customers. Conduct meticulous verification of product codes and labels, requesting the cashier supervisor’s presence in cases of disagreement with customers, thereby ensuring transparency in transactions. Handle cash register opening and closing procedures, serving customers promptly and accurately by recording purchases and collecting corresponding payments. Actively promote credit sales programs, store-branded cards, insurance, loans, protected bags, PCJ, and daily offers at the checkout counter. Actively participate in credit sales programs by attracting new customers, preparing credit proposals for approval, and disseminating current promotional campaigns.
