Join our team and become part of a group that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform **bank reconciliation** (bank statements vs. system) * Carry out **cash reconciliation** for branches * Verify financial transactions and identify discrepancies * Identify cash and bank differences and **contact/hold accountable the responsible departments** for resolution * Provide **support to cashiers** (reversals, adjustments, and operational guidance) * Monitor cash balances and request deposit actions when necessary * Support the **monthly financial closing**, especially at month-end and month-beginning * Assist with ad-hoc **audit requests** * Ensure balances are accurate and reconciled at closing **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields) * **Prior experience in finance is not mandatory** (experience will be considered a plus) * **Basic Excel knowledge** (spreadsheets, cells, simple formulas) * Aptitude for numbers and verification tasks * Availability to work on **monthly closings** ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with bank or cash reconciliation * Knowledge of Excel formulas and/or pivot tables * Experience in financial or administrative routines **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
