Responsible for large-scale meal preparation and finishing according to pre-defined menus and recipes. Operates ovens, stoves, and kitchen utensils, ensuring food quality, food safety, and hygiene of both food and environment. Conducts ingredient control, checks raw material expiration dates, and performs sanitation of utensils and equipment, in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Location:** Av. Sertório, 1978 – Porto Alegre – RS (within the airport zone – Gate 8) **Schedule:** 5x1 (works 5 days, rests 1 day) – Afternoon/Night shift Employment type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
