Job Summary: An operational professional to supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring project implementation and control of resources and teams. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures safety and organization at the construction site. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 07:00 to 17:00; Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Supervise staff; Control productive resources on site; Read and implement projects; Verify construction characteristics by reviewing drawings and technical specifications; Monitor construction schedules and measurements, consistently adhering to quality system standards; Control equipment, service requests, and raw materials; Request procurement of supplies; Support contractor prospecting; Guide selection of appropriate materials and optimal work execution methods; Guide mixture composition—cement, sand, stone—by dosing quantities to achieve desired mortar; Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations; Monitor whether FVS (Service Verification Forms) are opened within the scheduled timeframe; Identify existing pathologies and collaborate with the site manager to find solutions; Maintain strict standards for cleanliness and preservation of both the work area and the construction site; Implement targets set by the site foreman to meet deadlines; Supervise both company and subcontracted finishing teams; Inspect and control services in the area; Supervise installation of ceramics, tiles, porcelain stoneware, bathroom and kitchen countertops, windows, doors, gypsum ceilings, and painting; Assist in controlling maintenance of equipment used in the department; Contribute to, and be accountable for, order and respect on the construction site. **Requirements:** Experience as a Finishing Supervisor on residential civil construction projects. Knowledge of project reading.
