Join our team as a Civil Construction Helper. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist masons, carpenters, rebar workers, electricians, painters, and others during civil construction assembly and disassembly; * Excavate trenches, transport and/or mix materials, organize and clean construction sites, and assemble/disassemble reinforcement structures, using physical effort while following instructions to support building construction or renovation, among other tasks; * Use hands and/or wheelbarrows and hand tools to enable material handling or removal or to perform loading; * Excavate trenches and pits, removing soil and stones with shovels, hoes, pickaxes, and other hand tools to enable foundation work, pipeline installation, or similar projects; * Assist in manually or mechanically mixing mortar, cement, stone, sand, and other components to enable application at appropriate locations; * Must comply with general occupational health and safety regulations and internal company policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferred — completed elementary education; * Flexible working hours; * Prior experience in civil construction preferred; * Availability to work on a biweekly basis. **Additional Information** * Health insurance (co-payment); * Life insurance (co-payment); * Employment contract under CLT legislation; * Maternity basket.
