Inspect the quality of parts’ finishing **Industrial Polisher** \- (Metals/Stainless Steel) We are seeking a Metal Polisher to join the team of a renowned machinery manufacturing company located in Itatiba/SP. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform manual and mechanical polishing on various metals and metallic alloys, ensuring high-quality finishing; * Operate polishing machines, sanders, and specific tools; * Prepare surfaces for the polishing process; * Inspect the quality of parts’ finishing; * Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment; * Proven experience in industrial/metalurgical polishing is mandatory; * Comply with safety regulations and properly use PPE to ensure your safety and that of others; * Attention to detail, commitment, and proactivity; * Availability to work flexible hours; * Residence in Itatiba/SP or nearby cities is desirable. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 1 year of experience as a metal polisher; * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of basic metrology; * Technical course in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields is desirable; * Experience with industrial polishing machines is a plus; * Knowledge of surface finishing processes and polishing techniques **Compensation:** **Starting salary:** To be agreed upon **Benefits:** Breakfast; Meal Card; Health Insurance (co-payment); Transportation Allowance; Pharmacy Benefit. **Working Hours:** **Monday to Thursday:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Friday:** 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM 1-hour daily rest break Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Pay: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Possibility of relocation/moving to the job location: * Itatiba, SP: Relocate or move to the job location before starting work (Mandatory) Experience: * Industrial Polishing (metals/stainless steel)?
