Focus on ensuring the perfect operation of machines and equipment **JOB DESCRIPTION:** We are seeking a professional with solid precision mechanics knowledge to perform assembly, adjustment, and installation of complex mechanical assemblies. The focus of this position is to ensure the perfect operation of machines and equipment, adhering to dimensional tolerances and engineering standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assemble mechanical assemblies according to technical drawings and project specifications. * Adjust mechanical components (shafts, gears, bearings, gearboxes, and couplings). * Interpret basic pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams integrated into assembly processes. * Use high-precision measuring instruments (micrometers, dial indicators, and height gauges). * Perform alignment and leveling of industrial machines and equipment. * Conduct functional tests after assembly and final adjustments (setup). **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * **Education:** Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum of 1.5 years working as an Industrial Assembly Mechanic in an industrial environment. * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Advanced reading and interpretation of mechanical technical drawings. * Comprehensive mastery of metrology (precision instruments). * Knowledge of machine elements (seals, fastening, and power transmission). * **Certifications:** NR-12 (Machine Safety) and NR-35 (Work at Heights) are important differentiators. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance (after probation period); * On-site meals. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ***FOR ANY QUESTIONS, CONTACT US AT: (41) 9 8814-0500*** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2,028.01 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
