At Champion, our **Warranty Analyst** will have the opportunity to develop alongside top professionals and will be primarily responsible for: * Managing the manufacturer/assembly plant’s goodwill budget; * Labeling, storing, and managing replaced warranty parts; * Packing and shipping warranty parts (parts, accessories, mechanical assemblies); * Controlling and archiving service orders; * Entering warranty reports into the manufacturer/assembly plant’s system; * Invoicing service orders according to reports authorized by the manufacturer/assembly plant; * Managing case files via the manufacturer/assembly plant’s system; * Warranty-related tasks **Requirements:** * Experience in warranty management * Completed undergraduate degree **Working Hours:** * 44 hours per week **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance \+ Meal allowance \+ Health/Dental insurance (OPTIONAL) Do you meet the requirements?
