Parts reception and quality inspection **Responsibilities** * Analyze and monitor warranty processes, including commercial or technical courtesy services for products and services via a dedicated program, verifying deadlines set by the manufacturer; * Invoice and ship parts to the factory according to demand and deadlines; * Identify and forward parts to the vehicle manufacturer within required deadlines; tracking their delivery; * Organize and archive department documentation; * Perform parts sorting, restocking, and dispatch, ensuring all steps are executed accurately; * Receive and process parts requests from mechanics and consultants, ensuring prompt and effective service; * Deliver requested parts according to service orders (SOs), ensuring all items are correct; * Receive and inspect requested parts, verifying quality and quantity against orders; * Package and label goods for dispatch, ensuring all items are properly labeled and protected for transportation. * Maintain goods organization and workplace cleanliness, ensuring a safe and efficient environment; * Assist with tasks assigned by the manager. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Experience in the described activities is a plus; * Possession of Brazilian driver's license category B is a plus.
