Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, assembling fitness equipment and treadmills, and supporting junior and full technicians. Field support to junior and full technicians Technical background in: Electronics / Mechatronics NR 10 (up-to-date) – 24 months. Completed or currently pursuing a technical course in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and/or Electroelectronics Knowledge and/or experience in internal and/or external customer service Ability to interpret technical drawings (layout) Main responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance under contract and corrective maintenance upon request, assembling new fitness equipment, assembling new treadmills, assembling elliptical machines, and conducting functional tests on equipment prior to release to inventory; additionally, providing support to junior and full technicians during field service activities. The full technician is responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance and must be capable of managing on-site customer interactions and delivering practical solutions.
