Contributing to policies and improvements in clinical processes The **nurse** is the most qualified healthcare team member to assume coordination of patient care planning, working across multiple areas and playing a vital role in health promotion, prevention, recovery, and rehabilitation. **Salary:** R$3.622,50 **Work Schedule:** 220 hours (Monday to Friday) **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct clinical assessments of hospitalized patients, collecting data on medical history, vital signs, and symptoms, and recording all information in the system to ensure comprehensive documentation; * Perform technical procedures such as wound dressings, catheterizations, laboratory specimen collection, among others, accurately completing all nursing progress notes and care scales to guarantee accurate information and generate reports; * Supervise nursing technicians, ensuring activities are performed according to established protocols and standards, thereby maintaining consistent care delivery for all patients; * Plan and prepare daily work schedules, ensuring full coverage across all shifts and adjusting for scheduled or unscheduled absences; * Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the medical team and multidisciplinary staff, identifying each patient’s specific needs and monitoring plan progression, adjusting as required; * Prepare and maintain detailed records of patients’ clinical progression and interventions performed, drafting activity reports and highlighting situations requiring attention to improve clinical processes; * Contribute to the planning and implementation of policies, protocols, and clinical process improvements, and participate in committees, patient safety committees, and hospital infection surveillance and control projects; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing; * Postgraduate specialization in Nephrology preferred; * Valid registration with the Professional Council; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance; * Functional Bonus; * Cafeteria; * SESC benefits; * Day Off. **IMED** is a non-profit social organization dedicated to public health.
