Investigate accidents and recommend preventive measures We seek a proactive, engaged, organized individual who enjoys interacting with people to join our Occupational Safety team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise, guide, and train occupational safety teams. Supervise activities, workstations, locations, and high-risk tasks. * Request and analyze collective protection projects; suggest preventive and corrective measures. * Manage and oversee the implementation of occupational health and safety documentation, including: Risk Assessment Plan (PGR), Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), Environmental Impact Assessment (AET), CIPA formation, and other legally required documentation in accordance with health, occupational safety, and environmental guidelines; * Provide guidance on the use, storage, and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) through inspections, reports, and training; * Monitor maintenance of construction site machinery and equipment via audits of daily operator checklists, maintenance reports, and other relevant documentation; * Guide construction site teams on compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) through training, Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), meetings, and daily inspections; * Advise construction site management on compliance with the Ministry of Labor’s Regulatory Standards regarding construction site standardization, environmental project requirements, and procedures of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System; * Guide and ensure implementation of actions notified by the Ministry of Labor (if applicable), through action plan monitoring; * Guide, monitor, and oversee construction site management regarding third-party companies (contractors), particularly concerning preparation of labor legislation–required documentation and service execution; * Investigate and analyze workplace accidents and recommend prevention and control measures. * Prepare occupational health and safety documentation and reports related to the construction site, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures and health, occupational safety, and environmental legislation. * Collaborate with the construction team in preparing documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Relevant work experience; Strong interpersonal skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** * National Unimed Health Insurance Plan: no employee premium deduction for either semi-private or private room coverage; * Psychological support in partnership with Unimed Insurance; * Unimed Dental Insurance Plan; * Meal/food allowance of BRL 836.00 per month; * Life insurance — Unimed Insurance; * Birth assistance benefit — receipt of a newborn gift basket worth BRL 2,000.00 following the child’s birth; * Breakfast and afternoon snack provided at the office; * Totalpass; * Day Off; * Extended parental leave: 30 days beyond the statutory requirement; * 15% discount on electricity bills; * Annual bonus, per internal regulations.
