**Job Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Ensuring patient safety at all stages of care.
* Performing technical procedures (e.g., medication administration, initiation of therapies, wound dressings, clinical monitoring).
* Attending to patients in the unit and conducting occasional home visits.
* Welcoming and guiding patients and their families.
* Accurately documenting all care provided.
**Requirements:**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;
* Active registration with COREN;
* Experience in direct patient care (preferably in infusion centers, hospitals, or outpatient settings);
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team;
