**We are hiring a Visual Merchandiser** to work in our store: **Responsibilities:** * Create and implement window displays and interior store environments aligned with brand trends and campaigns; * Ensure strategic product placement to enhance the customer shopping experience; * Analyze the performance of visual initiatives and propose improvements; * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and inventory teams; * Monitor the collection calendar and seasonal/holiday dates. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the fashion sector; * Knowledge of trends, visual composition, color theory, and store layout; * Creativity, proactivity, and refined aesthetic sense; * Completed high school education.
