At this point, Zelh is looking for a **Weekend Account Executive** for one of our clients. The Weekend Account Executive supports all operational tasks required to service client freight over the weekend. This role is responsible for building and scheduling freight, performing track‑and‑trace functions, and ensuring all loads follow established SOPs. Weekend Account Executives serve as frontline execution staff, escalating issues to the Weekend Operations Supervisor as needed while maintaining real‑time visibility into freight movement and client expectations. #### **Key Responsibilities:** **Execute Core Weekend Operations** * Build and schedule according to client requirements, and SOPs. * Perform track‑and‑trace support for all weekend‑active shipments, ensuring timely status updates and proactive issue escalation. * Maintain continuous visibility into freight movement, identifying delays, exceptions, or risks early and communicating impacts to leadership. * Document collection **Support Client \& Internal Communication** * Respond to internal and external inquiries in real time. * Approve rate options regarding open freight. * Communicate updates, service alerts, or load changes. * Assist in resolving exceptions by gathering details, proposing solutions, and escalating items. **Deliver High‑Quality Weekend Service** * Ensure all operational tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and within required timeframes. * Maintain structured, clear hand‑off documentation for weekday teams. * Experience in logistics operations, freight management, customer service, or transportation coordination. * Strong communication skills. * High attention to detail and the ability to work independently. * Ability to follow established SOPs and escalate issues appropriately. * Strong problem‑solving skills. * Reliable weekend availability. * Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. **Working** **conditions**: * Working schedule: **3 shifts** \-**1\) Friday \- Monday, 10:00 \- 21:00 CST****2\) Friday \- Monday, 4:00 \- 15:00 CST****3\) Friday \- Monday, 18:00 \- 5:00 CST** * Work mode \- hybrid/remote * Competitive Salary in USD * 10\+ business days of paid time off * Equipment provided * A supportive team * Remote eligibility Join our team and become an integral part of our mission to provide reliable and efficient freight transportation solutions to our customers.
