Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service and sales, team management, visual merchandising, as well as operational routines and digital marketing. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct sales and postings on digital channels such as Instagram and TikTok * Customer service, guiding the sales process from initial approach to closing, with emphasis on satisfaction, retention, and goal achievement. * Direct product sales, identifying opportunities for upgrades and cross-selling to increase average transaction value. * Supervision and guidance of the sales team, supporting the development and organization of the department. * Planning and organizing merchandise displays, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and alignment with visual merchandising standards. * Monitoring product turnover and demand, reporting high- or low-turnover items to management. * Supporting product promotion and customer reactivation. * Posting and selling on digital channels (Instagram, WhatsApp groups, and TikTok), including customer service and closing sales on these platforms. * Using the company's tools for customer prospecting and achieving franchise goals. * Performing departmental operational routines, including store opening and closing, and other related tasks. * Availability to work overtime when necessary.
