Carry out overall store operations, including administrative and financial routines. Manage inventory, verify products, and ensure proper execution of the operational checklist. Manage team work schedules to guarantee shift coverage. Monitor store performance indicators and support actions to exceed targets. Previous experience as a Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Team Leader, or Customer Service Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
