Interested in a career that yields higher returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct daily in-person visits to commercial establishments for active prospecting of new clients (PAP – door-to-door). * Present PagBank’s financial solutions and POS devices to potential clients, focusing on meeting each client’s specific needs. * Manage a PJ client portfolio by delivering consultative service, conducting post-sale visits, and identifying new business opportunities. * Strategically manage your sales route by gaining deep knowledge of the local region and market. * Build solid relationships with merchants, local leaders, and opinion influencers. * Participate in daily alignment meetings with the team (morning and afternoon) to plan activities, share learnings, and boost results. * Record all interactions, sales, and visits in the company’s internal systems. * Meet daily and monthly sales targets while consistently pursuing excellence in customer service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree * Prior experience in sales, preferably external sales. * Experience in negotiation, persuasive communication, and commercial outreach. * Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp, email, productivity apps). **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also have:** * Experience in payment methods, acquiring services, or financial solutions. * Experience in sales, preferably within the acquiring or financial services sector.
