About the position: Your main work channel will be WhatsApp, so we’re looking for someone who communicates effectively, writes clearly, listens attentively to customers, and guides conversations with a clear focus on closing sales. Responsibilities: * Handle leads with empathy, strategy, and agility; * Present our products and solutions clearly and compellingly; * Follow up on quotes and abandoned carts; * Work towards daily and monthly sales targets; * Keep the CRM updated with interaction history; * Contribute ideas for campaigns and conversion improvements. What we expect from you: * Experience in sales, preferably via WhatsApp; * Focus on results and motivation to meet targets; * Excellent writing skills and assertive communication; * Resilience, proactivity, and organization; * Desire to grow with the company.
