Operating the cold-cut slicing machine to slice products according to specified thickness and quantity: positioning the raw item in the compartment, adjusting the blade to the desired slice thickness, activating the equipment, and slicing the item while moving it against the cutting blade. · Ensuring adequate stock levels and proper product presentation in displays, gondolas, and shelves—observing correct packaging storage, expiration dates, and appropriate exposure for visibility and easy customer access. · At the end of the shift, collecting products for refrigerated chambers to maintain quality and facilitate removal the following day. Placing products in trays, wrapping them with plastic film, labeling them, and arranging them on shelves. · Using appropriate tools and equipment (electric cold-cut slicer, spatulas, tongs, scale, and other resources) to perform tasks while maintaining organization and equipment in optimal working condition; following specific procedures learned during training regarding usage and work methods, as well as safety equipment protocols to prevent occupational hazards and accidents, plus personal hygiene.
