We connect to revenue systems, identify potential customers, and help operators increase bookings through automation and targeted outreach. **Role overview** As Lead Generation Specialist, you own the top of the funnel: researching our niche market, finding high‑potential accounts, and helping shape outreach that leads to booked demos. This is a research‑heavy role focused on patterns and insights, not a high‑volume calling job, and you work closely with leadership while owning your projects. **Key responsibilities** * Research and map the FEC market to identify target accounts and key decision‑makers. * Find relevant events, associations, and communities and build targeted prospect lists. * Track industry speakers and influencers to support warm outreach angles. * Monitor industry content to spot trends and propose ideas like webinars or case studies. * Help design top‑of‑funnel outreach plans and maintain an internal knowledge base. **Qualifications** * No prior sales or marketing experience required; we care about how you think and work. * Strong online research skills and ability to turn information into clear lists and insights. * Ability to spot patterns, take initiative, and manage work with limited oversight. * Strong written and spoken English to collaborate with our US‑based team. * **Nice to have:** familiarity with FECs or location‑based entertainment, or exposure to B2B software. **Requirements** * Reliable internet and ability to work remotely. * At least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time. * Comfortable working via research, documentation, and async tools. * Able to prioritize, self‑manage, and meet agreed targets. **What success looks like** * **Month 1:** You understand our product and ideal customers and ship your first researched account lists. * **Month 2:** You consistently find new lead sources and feed qualified, well‑documented leads into our sequences. * **Month 3:** Your work supports a steady flow of qualified demos, and you test new approaches to improve volume and quality. **Why this role matters** This role is central to building a predictable pipeline of qualified demos and new business.
