Analytical approach to solving complex problems **Position:** Senior Software Developer **Tech Stack:** Node.js, PHP, Angular, MongoDB, mysqk Senior software developer to join a technical support team focused on ensuring system stability and continuous evolution, emphasizing bug investigation and resolution, as well as regression prevention. Responsibilities Investigate, reproduce, and fix bugs in back\-end (Node.js/PHP) and front\-end (Angular). Perform root cause analysis, propose definitive fixes and preventive improvements. Adjust/create tests and validations to reduce regressions. Analyze logs and errors, support performance and stability-related fixes. Improve code quality (targeted refactoring, coding standards, PR reviews). Work on query and data modeling improvements in MongoDB when necessary. Required Qualifications Experience as a senior developer with focus on maintenance and bug fixing. Strong practice with Node.js and/or PHP in APIs and services. Experience with Angular and browser debugging. Solid knowledge of MongoDB (queries, indexes, basic performance). Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and engineering best practices. Completed undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields (Computer Science, Information Systems, Analysis and Development of Systems, Software Engineering, or similar). Essential: ability to solve complex problems analytically, focusing on root cause. Essential: discipline to work with prioritization, traceability (tasks/PRs), quality, and consistent delivery. Availability for on-site work. Nice-to-Have Experience with observability (logs/metrics), incident management, and post\-mortem/RCA. Experience with testing (unit/integration/e2e) and CI/CD. Experience with performance (profiling, endpoint and query optimization).
