Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, team management, and building infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance 2. Management of building maintenance team 3. Conducting internal quality and safety audits Responsible for supervising and executing preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems, elevators (in coordination with third-party contractors), and the client's civil and electrical infrastructure; . Conducting internal audits to ensure technical and administrative quality and safety; . Responding to service requests (work orders), technical schedules, and performance reports; . Managing inventory, tools, and fleet control to ensure efficiency of services provided by the company to the client; . Managing a team of over 30 employees; **Prerequisites** . Experience in managing building, electrical, and refrigeration maintenance teams; . Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; . Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
