Join Atex and become part of an outstanding team! **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise production processes in plastic and metal-mechanical areas, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Manage operational teams across different shifts, focusing on development, training, and performance evaluation. Monitor and optimize performance indicators (KPIs), such as OEE, productivity, scrap, and rework. Implement and sustain continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kanban, VSM, and SMED). Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve quality issues using tools such as FMEA, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys. Plan and control production (PCP), balancing production capacity with demand. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability. Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001/IATF 16949\) and occupational safety regulations (NRs). Promote a safe working environment by ensuring proper use of PPE and adherence to operational best practices. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments. Knowledge of manufacturing processes (plastic injection and/or metal-mechanical). Proficiency in quality and continuous improvement tools. Experience in production planning and control (PCP). Advanced Excel skills (dashboard creation and data analysis). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Totvs). **Preferred Qualifications:** Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt). Experience in setup reduction (SMED) and increasing production efficiency. **Behavioral Competencies:** Leadership and team management.
