Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing cleaning, maintenance, and organization of environments using appropriate equipment and products, as well as carrying out pantry-related tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Performs cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor environments 2. Assists in disinfection and organization of classrooms and furniture 3. Prepares and serves coffee, and restocks restrooms Description: Education: Completion of elementary school or relevant on-the-job experience, documented in the work record book. Practical knowledge of general services. * Perform daily cleaning of furniture in indoor and outdoor physical spaces, such as circulation areas and courtyards, using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment, as instructed by the occupational safety technician; * Carry out cleaning and maintenance of utensils, furniture, and kitchens under responsibility, as well as general equipment, to keep them in proper working condition; * Assist in disinfecting tables, desks, and general furniture using 70% alcohol or similar products, following sanitation protocols for classrooms and administrative departments; * Assist in relocating workbenches to active learning model classrooms, following faculty requests and scheduling, to support classroom activities; * Record classroom and laboratory disinfection periods on physical worksheets located on multimedia tables, for logging, monitoring, and documentation; * Perform pantry duties, prepare coffee, distribute it into sector-specific bottles, and place them in the kitchen according to labeling; * Restock restrooms with toilet paper, towels, and soap; * Properly package and dispose of waste materials generated at the workplace; * Clean classrooms, laboratories, and other teaching-learning spaces, and organize chairs, desks, and other furniture according to the original layout of the space or guidelines established by responsible personnel; * Periodically compile lists of cleaning supplies used in daily routines and request replenishment from the Supervisor; * Periodically perform building waxing, including general cleaning of windows, doors, and glass surfaces using floor buffers or floor scrubbers, as scheduled by the Supervisor; * Maintain workplace conditions, clean and store cleaning equipment and supplies after use; * Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. 251204020218457500
