




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring security, assisting guests and staff, managing incidents, and maintaining order on-site. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of professional demeanor and discretion Notify responsible personnel upon identifying suspicious situations or behaviors. Provide assistance to guests, residents, clients, and staff during incidents occurring across various areas of the facility. Maintain an up-to-date logbook documenting daily incidents and follow up on pending matters. Maintain a professional and discreet attitude regarding all matters involving guests, residents, and clients. Monitor surveillance footage and verify that image backups are being performed correctly. Observe the behavior of individuals moving through high-risk areas. Guide guests, residents, clients, and staff on security procedures. Conduct inspections of staff entering and exiting the premises by inspecting personal belongings. If any unusual item is identified, request authorization for its removal from the responsible person. Receive suppliers and contact relevant personnel for their reception. Secondary Responsibilities: Keep the area clean and organized. Receive materials, verify items against the invoice, register them, and forward them to the responsible department.
