Handle conflict situations and negotiate solutions Responsibilities and Duties * Ensure customer satisfaction by analyzing facts and proposing the best immediate solutions from the customer's arrival until their departure from the facility; * Assist customers during check\-in visits and daily rounds of inpatient units, attending to patients and companions, directing and resolving requests according to hospitality services, ensuring differentiated treatment for patients. * Handle conflict situations, negotiating with facility departments to identify the best solutions for the customer; * Create a positive impression on the customer regarding all facility services; * Monitor service procedures and facility quality standards; * Interact with other facility departments to streamline service flow when necessary, minimizing waiting time; * Monitor incidents and track problem resolution; * Maintain proper team image standardization to comply with established standards; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed High School education.
