Act as a Rommanel brand ambassador **Sales Associate \- Ipatinga Rommanel MG** **MISSION:** Engage with potential customers, present products, and deliver an experience that exceeds their expectations—contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty while safeguarding the company’s positive image. **REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma required; Sales experience required; **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** Prospects and attracts new consultants, manages the consultant portfolio, trains and develops consultants. Conducts meetings and events, monitors consultants, and ensures and encourages performance results. Delivers an experience that exceeds consultant expectations, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Serves as the company’s ambassador in all interactions, safeguarding Rommanel’s brand image. · Prospect and register new consultants, including reactivating inactive or lapsed consultants. · Maintain activity rate targets and retain the consultant portfolio, fostering consultant loyalty. · Reactivate inactive or lapsed consultants. · Monitor individual performance indicators. · Train and develop consultants. · Conduct on-site visits to consultants. · Engage consultants via Consultant Space support, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and in-person visits. · Organize and conduct business meetings with consultants. · Promote sales initiatives, promotions, and training programs to consultants. · Support and guide consultants in addressing all their needs. · Safeguard products and instruct consultants on proper handling. · Keep consultant registration data always up to date. · Maintain organized and clean product displays according to planned layout. · Participate in company events as scheduled. · Maintain equipment, resources, and the work environment in good condition. · Stay continuously updated on company policies and comply with Complice guidelines, Internal Regulations, and Rommanel management directives. · Ensure high-quality service for both internal and external customers per company-defined procedures, safeguarding institutional image and customer satisfaction. · Responsible for achieving company-stipulated KPIs.
