If you believe quality is a value built every day, this is your place. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, execute, and document internal audits, evaluating process compliance with established procedures and applicable standards. * Identify improvement opportunities, prepare audit reports, and follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate in maintaining and updating SGQ documents, records, and indicators. * Provide technical support and consultancy to internal departments regarding quality practices and procedures. * Develop, review, and update procedures, work instructions, and flowcharts, ensuring clarity and alignment with internal and external standards. * Ensure dissemination and understanding of procedures among involved teams. * Identify, record, and analyze non-conformities in processes and products. * Coordinate root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate or mitigate deviations. * Propose and implement continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, among others. * Monitor performance indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented actions, promoting process optimization. * Plan and deliver internal training on SGQ processes and quality best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related fields). * Prior experience in the quality field, with emphasis on audits, process management, and continuous improvement projects. * Proficiency in quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, among others). * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and quality tools (PDCA, 5S, root cause analysis, etc.). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** **Complimentary transportation or transportation allowance** – for greater convenience in your daily routine. **Life insurance** – protection for you and peace of mind for your family. **Health and dental plans** – we take care of your physical health and your smile. **Pharmacy benefits program** – more convenience when purchasing medications with exclusive discounts. **On-site meals or meal allowance** – ensuring your nutrition is always covered. **Lumar Metals Academy** – access to our Corporate Education platform with diverse courses to develop your skills and advance your career. **Wellhub (Gympass)** – access to gyms, studios, and physical activities to care for your well-being.
