Responsibilities and Duties: **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Public Service**: Greet and guide citizens regarding the various services offered, providing clear and accurate information. * **Document Screening**: Review and organize documents required for service delivery, ensuring all prerequisites are met before directing citizens to the appropriate departments. * **Request Processing**: Assist with form completion, data collection, and forwarding requests to relevant departments—for example, ID card (RG) issuance, driver’s license (CNH) issuance, and appointment scheduling. * **Administrative Support**: Perform administrative tasks such as updating records, archiving documents, and maintaining databases to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. * **Queue and Appointment Management**: Organize and manage waiting queues and pre-scheduled appointments to optimize service flow and reduce citizen wait times. * **Problem Resolution**: Promptly and effectively resolve user inquiries and issues, delivering courteous and efficient service—and escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary. * **Quality Standards Maintenance**: Follow company procedures and policies to ensure compliance with organizational quality and service standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Typing skills; * Customer service experience is a plus; **Additional Information** **Monthly Salary:** BRL 1,478.84 **We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:** Transportation Voucher (6% employee contribution).
