If you’re seeking to accelerate your career in an environment brimming with opportunities — where acceleration means not only advancing in roles and responsibilities but also tackling constant challenges — don’t miss this chance! **Responsibilities and Duties**: **Responsibilities and duties** **Your main responsibilities** You will be a key point in the citizen’s experience, performing activities such as: * **Public service delivery:** greet, guide, and clarify doubts regarding available services, with empathy and clarity; * **Document screening and verification:** ensure all information is accurate prior to forwarding; * **Processing requests:** assist in completing forms, collecting data, and forwarding services such as ID cards (RG), driver’s licenses (CNH), and appointments; * **Administrative support:** update records, organize and archive documents, and maintain databases; * **Queue and appointment management:** organize service flow to ensure efficiency and reduce waiting time; * **Problem resolution:** promptly and courteously resolve inquiries, referring more complex cases when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Good typing skills; * Prior experience in customer service is considered a plus. **Additional Information** **Compensation and Work Schedule** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.621,00 **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday — 44 hours per week **Work location:** **Work location**: UAI Ipatinga: Av.
