




Job Summary: A professional responsible for mounting, repairing, and maintaining truck tires, performing inspections, tire rotation, and basic alignment, while managing inventory and ensuring safety and workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Tire mounting, demounting, inflation pressure adjustment, and balancing 2. Repairs and vulcanizations in accordance with safety standards 3. Tire inventory control and traceability * Mount, demount, adjust inflation pressure, and balance truck and trailer tires. * Conduct visual and technical inspections to identify irregular wear, cuts, bulges, and other damage. * Perform repairs and vulcanizations, where applicable, in compliance with safety and quality standards. * Carry out tire rotation and basic alignment according to schedule and technical guidance. * Control and record tire inventory, retreads, and disposals, ensuring full traceability. * Maintain tire shop equipment and tools, ensuring workplace organization and cleanliness. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies, proper use of PPE, and internal procedures. * Support the maintenance team in tire inspections during fleet preventive maintenance checks. * Immediately report any anomalies or safety risks identified in tires or vehicles.
