* Structure, monitor, and validate physical and financial plans with contractors; * Support the implementation of short-term LPS routines, cost and schedule, including weekly check\-in and check\-out; * Assist in the analysis and updating of constraints using the 6WLA tool; * Generate consolidated progress reports and support monitoring meetings; * Ensure compliance of controls with contractual guidelines and established measurement criteria. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Advanced Excel skills, with experience in measurement structures, dashboards, and reporting; * Intermediate-level MS Project; * Experience in measurement and physical\-financial control processes; * Implementation and monitoring of the Last Planner System\-LPS, focusing on schedule and cost; * Experience in industrial projects in mining, steelmaking, or heavy infrastructure; * Experience with Power BI or Business Intelligence tools for data analysis; * Knowledge of DCMA, AACE, or CII replanning methodologies; * Strong communication skills for interaction with field teams and contractors; * Experience with weekly check\-in and check\-out routines.
