We are looking for a student with genuine interest in learning and growing in the field of civil engineering, possessing a solid technical foundation, organizational skills, and commitment. You will work on-site in Belo Horizonte, supporting the engineering team in daily construction operations and project development. Availability for fieldwork will be considered an important advantage. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Support in construction planning and control; * Preparation of technical reports and administrative support; * Assistance in construction diaries and field records; * Participation in quantity takeoffs; * Support in bidding processes and budgeting; * Assistance in progress measurements and physical monitoring of construction. ### **Technical Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering (from the 5th semester onward); * Proficiency in Excel; **Desirable:** * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Familiarity with MS Project; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and systems such as TOTVS. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Commitment and responsibility; * Ability to adapt to construction site environments; * Interest in fieldwork ### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
