Job Summary: As a General Services Assistant, you will be responsible for cleaning, maintenance, pantry services, supplies management, logistics, support, basic maintenance, organization, and general assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of various environments 2. Prepares and serves coffee/tea, manages inventory, and restocks supplies 3. Provides customer service, gives information, and supports teams with various tasks As a **General Services Assistant**, your responsibilities include: * **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning windows, walls, restrooms, courtyards, and gardens. * **Pantry and Supplies:** Preparing and serving coffee/tea, managing inventory, and restocking supplies (sugar, soap, toilet paper). * **Logistics and Support:** Transporting furniture, equipment, and materials; receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and materials. * **Basic Maintenance:** Performing minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, and maintaining work tools in good condition. * **Organization:** Disposing of garbage, tidying rooms, organizing materials, and managing the environment. * **General Support:** Providing customer service, giving information, and assisting other teams with diverse requests. The workplace is located in the **Pampulha region of Belo Horizonte/MG**, Monday through Friday.
