Support internal departments in meeting legal and contractual requirements **Tender Analyst** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Tender Analyst to prepare, analyze, and monitor public tender processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and tender requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze tender notices, terms of reference, and annexes; * Prepare and organize documentation required for participation in tenders; * Register and monitor activities on public procurement portals; * Prepare technical and commercial proposals; * Attend public sessions, file appeals, and submit counter-arguments; * Monitor deadlines, expirations, and document renewals; * Support internal departments in fulfilling legal and contractual requirements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields; * Proven experience with public tender processes; * Knowledge of Law No. 14.133/2021 and applicable legislation; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines; * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with tenders for construction and services; * Knowledge of administrative contracts; * Experience with portals such as Compras.gov, BLL, Licitanet, or similar platforms. **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Availability for overtime required) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.621,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
