Lhoist is offering an internship opportunity in the Logistics / Operations area. Location: Savassi Unit in Belo Horizonte/MG. Schedule: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Responsibilities: * Perform data entry and updates in the system and support the preparation of operational reports; * Provide service to internal and external customers; * Register new customers and assist in managing and updating information; * Monitor product progress and request delivery confirmations from carriers; * Support monitoring and control of ANTT fines; * Conduct follow-up on scheduled operations; * Assist in receiving and controlling freight payment collections; * Contribute to developing the carrier ranking and handling complaints; * Support initiatives for automating processes related to freight payment systems. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program starting from the 2nd semester in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of Python; * Interest in operational and logistics processes; * Strong communication skills, organization, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to intern for at least one and a half years. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in digitalization and automation processes, particularly those related to operational and/or logistics routines.
