For this position, you will lead projects, manage resources, budgets, KPIs, progress reports, and issues—according to specifications and budgeted costs. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Manage projects; * Be a problem solver; * Support scaling agile teams (backlog, communication, and delivery); * Act as an agent of change and reference for agile culture within the company; * Foster a goal-oriented culture through OKRs (the right goals for the right reasons), monitoring and evolution within teams; * Remain consistently committed to delivering value; * Support, advise, and encourage people toward continuous improvement and increased efficiency; * Continuously learn and bring the best market techniques and approaches. **Requirements and Qualifications** You certainly must have: * Mastery of agile practices and approaches (Lean, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, Design Thinking…); * Prior experience as Project Manager / Agile Coach / Scrum Master / Product Owner; * Critical thinking to assess team maturity and propose improvements; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management; * Experience with the SAFe methodology; * SAP ERP knowledge; * English proficiency at least at basic level.
