Description
In Production, we have Boiler Making and Machining departments that operate in an integrated manner to manufacture metal structures and high-precision components. The Boiler Making department is responsible for producing domes, ducts, cooled hoods, and various metal structures using cutting, assembly, and welding processes that ensure robust and durable equipment. Meanwhile, the Machining department transforms raw materials into technical parts using lathes, milling machines, and CNC technology, also performing welding, coatings, and final assembly of complete units. Together, these departments ensure quality, precision, and efficiency across all production stages.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Prepare metal surfaces through grinding, deburring, and sanding to ensure appropriate finishes for assembly or welding;
* Assist assemblers in positioning, aligning, and securing metal parts using hand tools and simple equipment;
* Clean metal parts by removing residues, rust, and oils, ensuring they are ready for assembly, welding, or painting;
* Move and organize parts, tools, and materials at the worksite to facilitate team workflow;
* Deliver materials and tools to assemblers during service execution, ensuring process agility;
* Perform support tasks in simple assemblies under the guidance of the responsible assembler;
* Document completed work and maintain effective communication with the team, reporting deviations and requesting resources when necessary;
* Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Incomplete or completed elementary education;
* Prior experience with rotating equipment is desirable.
