Job Summary: The professional will provide operational support, structuring and analyzing operational and financial data to ensure reliable performance management, organizing data from ERPs and auxiliary databases. Continuous process improvement and results assurance The professional will directly support company operations by structuring and analyzing operational and financial databases to enable reliable performance management. Responsibilities include organizing data sourced from ERPs and auxiliary databases, validating data consistency, supporting process improvements, and ensuring accurate performance reporting. Work model: HYBRID (predominantly remote/home office) * In-person visits when necessary * Occasional travel funded by the company Preferred Qualifications: * Engineering degree * Data Science degree **Responsibilities:** Data Structuring * Map data sources (ERP, spreadsheets, reports, auxiliary databases) * Request and track data extractions with IT * Consolidate procurement, contracts, measurements, payments, master data, and process databases * Standardize and process databases for recurring use * Develop reliable data models for Supply Management Analysis and Monitoring * Build dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI * Monitor operational performance indicators * Identify data inconsistencies and performance deviations * Support executives in interpreting metrics and making decisions Performance Verification * Conduct critical performance analysis * Liaise with operational teams in case of discrepancies * Ensure traceability of results reported to clients Process Improvement * Support ERP-related process reviews * Identify master data, configuration, and workflow flaws * Suggest systemic adjustments to reduce rework and error risk * Serve as the interface between Supply and IT
