




Job Summary: A professional to support environments and systems, ensuring data integrity and user support, with a focus on maintenance, implementation, and process optimization. Providing user support and training for systems and applications **Responsibilities:** * Assist in creating technical reports and extracting information for indicator management across all departments; * Perform, under supervision, the systemic integration and configuration process (API/Webservice); * Act as an interface between departments and system service providers, relaying requests and escalating technical support; * Monitor the implementation of operational processes, as well as maintenance and management of the systemic environment—including validation, verification, versions, routine updates, PATCH, preparation and testing, incident handling, versions, changes, configurations, capacity, availability, service levels, improvements, performance monitoring, and fault detection; * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance and implementation of the IT infrastructure, including ERP solutions, corporate applications, databases, and other solutions used by the Company; * Perform maintenance and creation of queries according to departmental requirements; * Manage ERP system permissions in accordance with job role profiles and internal procedures; * Perform environment synchronization procedures, executing tests and validations to ensure data integrity in the production environment; * Restore data from backups whenever required; * Support the inventory closing process, providing technical assistance related to system usage; * Handle service tickets per SLA and provide user support, assessing requests and defining response priorities; * Conduct training sessions for employees to share knowledge and enhance competence regarding systems and applications used by the Company; * Guide new employees on area-specific tasks, supporting and facilitating their adaptation process. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Database Management, or related fields; * Practical experience in process mapping and system requirements gathering, as well as system implementation and maintenance; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with Protheus ERP and Power BI; * General knowledge of VSCode and Protheus ERP back-office modules; * General knowledge of ADVPL programming and SQL Server.
