We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to strategically support transportation, fleet, route planning, and operational performance activities. Your responsibilities will include: * Monitoring vehicle checklists, incidents, and legal compliance, reporting deviations. * Participating in scheduling preventive and corrective fleet maintenance. * Controlling input consumption (fuel, parts, lubricants) and proposing optimizations. * Supporting vehicle documentation management and driver compliance. * Creating and adjusting delivery, pickup, and maintenance routes to reduce time and costs. * Using route planning and trip monitoring tools. * Monitoring route execution and addressing operational deviations. * Ensuring adherence to schedules, service standards, and processes. * Promptly resolving operational issues. * Monitoring correct execution of installation and maintenance services. * Identifying opportunities for logistics improvement and efficiency. * Tracking KPIs and preparing performance reports. * Maintaining clear communication with internal departments, customers, drivers, and assistants. * Participating in operational meetings as needed. * Communicating service requests clearly and concisely.
