All of** **our positions are open to PWD (People with Disabilities).** Check out some important details before applying: **Responsibilities and duties** You will be responsible for coordinating the IT Governance structure, ensuring compliance with internal policies, frameworks, and best practices such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001. You will plan and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost control, contract management, and monitoring of financial indicators. Implement and monitor KPIs and SLAs, manage risks related to the IT area, including information security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance, as well as support internal and external audits to ensure process and documentation compliance. You will supervise contract and vendor management, tracking deadlines, renewals, and performance indicators. You will also lead and monitor the implementation and evolution project of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with governance guidelines, process automation, and cross-department integration, while promoting integration between technical and business teams, ensuring proper prioritization of demands and projects. You will lead IT and Governance committee meetings, preparing executive reports and monitoring dashboards, and encourage increased governance maturity within the technology area, disseminating practices, policies, and institutional standards. **Requirements and qualifications** Proven experience in IT governance management, audit, compliance, risk, or internal controls; Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and LGPD; Skills in budget management, contract control, and performance indicators; Experience leading teams.
