Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchaser to manage quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the quality and delivery schedule of materials and supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for strategic negotiations with telecom suppliers. 2. Focus on cost reduction and continuous process improvement. 3. Technical support for material specification. Purchaser Position Description: We are looking for a professional to work as a Purchaser in our company. The purchaser will be responsible for conducting quotations, negotiating with suppliers, purchasing necessary materials and supplies, monitoring product receipt, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Responsibilities: * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers of telecom materials and services (fiber optic cables, network equipment, PPEs, tools, poles, racks, switches, OLTs, ONTs, etc.). * Develop and qualify suppliers, evaluating technical, commercial, and financial criteria. * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules. * Manage supply contracts and commercial agreements. * Monitor inventory levels in coordination with warehousing and technical departments. * Pursue cost reduction and continuous improvement in procurement processes. * Analyze performance indicators (lead time, cost, savings, service level). * Ensure compliance with internal policies and tax regulations. * Provide technical departments (deployment, maintenance, and NOC) with support in material specification. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in procurement, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** Negotiation techniques, supplier management, basic understanding of taxation and fiscal processes, fundamental knowledge of telecom materials and equipment, intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency, ERP systems.
